- Wind Cave, tour, drive around park
- Drive to Longhorn Ranch in Dubois, WY

- Drive to Grand Teton, Continental Divide, park camper at Craig Thomas Discovery & Visitor Center
- Hike to Taggart Lake and then to Bradley Lake
- Take camper to campsite, shower, and dinner at Pioneer Grill
- Drive Jenny Lake Loop, then up to Signal Mountain Summit for sunset
5/25
- Sunrise at Oxbow Bend
- Hike around Jenny Lake, Inspiration Point, and into Cascade Canyon (black bear, marmots, moose), take Jenny Lake Boating shuttle back to visitor center
- Dinner at Snake River Brewing in Jackson, WY
5/26
- Drive to Yellowstone, grizzly bear siting
- Old Faithful and walk around Geyser Hill, take camper to campsite
- Grand Prismatic viewing point
- Back to Geyser Hill
- Giant, Riverside, double rainbow, Castle
- Dinner at Bear Pit Lounge in the Old Faithful Inn

- Canyon Village
- south rim and Artist Point
- north rim and Brink of Lower Falls, Grand View, and Inspiration Point
- lunch at Canyon Fountain and Grill
- Drive from Canyon Village to Beartooth Highway
- Dunraven Pass
- Lamar Valley
- baby cranes, baby bison, Alaska!
- Beartooth Pass (so many marmots)
- Rock Creek Vista Point
- Drive back and to Mammoth Hot Springs
- lower and upper terraces, Palette Spring

- Breakfast at Canyon Fountain and Grille
- Drive through Shoshone National Forest along North Fork of the Shoshone River to Cody, WY (U.S. 14/16/20)
- Lunch at More Burger and Shakes
- Drive east through Bighorn National Forest on the Cloud Peak Skyway Scenic Byway to Gillette, WY

- Drive to Bear Lodge (Devil's Tower)
- Joyner Ridge Trail hike
- Drive east, lunch at Green Bean in Spearfish, SD
- Drive to Badlands
- Pinnacles Overlook, Panorama Point, visitor center
- Drive east, late dinner at Culver's in Mitchell, SD
- Drive to Minnesota, slept at Adrian rest stop

- Drove east, stopped for donuts at Dough & Joe in Cresco, IA, got home around 1pm
