The ALA Annual Conference is in D.C. this year, so, like last year, we decided to make it into a road trip. Opposite last year, where we took a roundabout way getting to New Orleans, we're taking the roundabout way getting home. After ALA in Washington, we're heading up to Maine and then Montreal, before camping on Lakes Ontario, Huron, and Superior (which is where we got the name of the adventure: H.M.S. Washington).
