Our last day in Ireland was a very rainy one. We started off the morning with another delicious meal provided by our hosts, and then we were packing our bags for our next adventure.
We were able to leave our bags at the bus station while we spent our last couple of hours exploring Killarney. We went to the library. Where else would we go?! We were also able to print out our boarding passes at the library.
It continued to rain so we ducked into Petit Delice, a French cafe, and had a little treat. There were lots to choose from.
Then it was back out into the rain. We stopped at a few of the gift stores and a wool sweater shop. We attempted to visit the Killarney Brewing Company, but they didn't open until late afternoon. Finally settling on lunch at O'Donahue's Traditional Irish Pub, we are our last meal in Ireland.
And then it was back to the bus station, and off to the airport. The Kerry airport was an interesting experience. They only have two gates, and getting through security took all of two minutes.
Shortly before 10pm we arrived in our Studio in London. You will see pictures of that in our upcoming posts.
